This is a site of a simple guy who is trying to comprehend the true meaning of life. Trying to use his intellect to contemplate, comprehend, and notice the countless signs of Allah around. Struggling to be a better person and hopefully can inspire others to do the same. May Allah help. | Photos | Jan 18, 2008 |

 | Salam..happy besday,semoga ceria selalu |
 | Salam, we are happy to share this da'wa news with you:
Alhamdulillah wa syukrillah. How blessed is this Ramadhan 7 August 2008 ! We encountered 3 unexpected events this evening : first-the syahadah ceremony by Mrs.Aishah Teh, second the talk by Mr.Yakob Abdul Rahman (Wilhem Scholer) on My Journey Into Islam and Wisdom of Fasting, lastly meeting old friends and new muslims of all races at our breaking fast gathering.
Yakob Wilhem Scholer standing beside organising chairman Hj.Abdal Halim Shin for the Ramadhan Lecture in Macma Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur on 7 September 2008 Kuala Lumpur. He was posted from a German Church (Catholic) Order to serve in Ipoh, Perak in a health/hospital project in early 1970s, then discovered or came into contact with Islam through the unique people and books he read..it took him nearly 3 years to announce the syahadah despite accepted Islam in his deep pure heart much earlier inviting many curious comments from his christian brotherhood then.
Sister Aishah Teh aged about 60 years listening to Ustaz Hj Amin Lum and Mrs.Marlina Wong (Woman Vice President of Macma) on Islamic faith before saying or witnessing the glorious kalimah : Asyahadu la ilaha illa Allah wa asyhadu anna Muhammadur Rasulullah.. the Door gateway to the Garden, if one recite it and lived it with all sincerity.
Macma monthly exco meeting chaired by our wise, dedicated and honorable president Dato' Hj.Mustapha Ma. Others are Hj.Ghalib Tham, Ann Wang Seng, Hj.Adam Lim of Malacca.
Delighted members of Macma and guests from Perkim, Malacca and other NGO partaking the food for iftar/breaking fast at maghrib. Later they adjoined for prayer at the 3rd floor musalla. |

 | Dear fairuz, just to share this post of mine with our malaysian hearts !
Great Euginia you had send your message to our old wise Dr.Mahathir on mastering and learning english by our school children. Thru experience, parent must speak and encourage their child to read and speak early with full attention and love, not by forcing them in science and math. So soulless ! My children at the age of 4-6 already can understand english when they watched The Sound of Music.
They sing it with their hearts. They jump with joy seeing all the tricks and tender love of Maria, Liesl. Do Re Mi and many other short songs !
Climb every Mountains, ford every Streams, everyday in your Life..follow every Rainbow. .till you find your Dream !
No wonder, almost all my children scored As in their english test and became envy of their friends and parent. How do you teach them ? Not their papa or mum, just encouragement, say nice loving english words they understand and expand their dreams, the music, the adventures, their hope and affinity ! Actually they had to learn 4 languages in malaysia ? Another gem is chinese/mandarin ! |
 | With a winged heart and give thanks for another day of companionship on the Way:
Above the ponds, above the valleys, Mountains, woods, clouds, and seas, Beyond the sun, beyond the heavens, Beyond the confines of starry spheres,
My spirit, you roam with agility, And, like a good swimmer bracing the waves, You soar happily into profound immensity With exquisite male delight.
Fly, far away from these noxious surroundings; And cleanse yourself in the pure air above, And drink, the clear fire that fills lucid spaces, As you would a pure and divine liqueur.
Behind the nuisances, and the vast chagrins Amassing with their weight our bewildered existence, Happy is he who can with a vigorous wing Propel towards the luminous and serene realms;
He whose thoughts, like larks, Free, in the morning take flight, — Hover over life, and understand with ease The language of flowers and silent things!

 | The Bird of Happiness: Rumi
If you can disentangle yourself from your selfish self all heavenly spirits will stand ready to serve you
if you can finally hunt down your own beastly self you have the right to claim Solomon's kingdom
you are that blessed soul who belongs to the garden of paradise is it fair to let yourself fall apart in a shattered house
you are the bird of happiness in the magic of existence what a pity when you let yourself be chained and caged
but if you can break free from this dark prison named body soon you will see you are the sage and the fountain of life |

 | Yunus Emre – Whatever Lands We Came
...Come here, let's make peace, let's not be strangers to one another. We have saddled the horse and riding it, glory be to God.
The drink sent down from haqiqat garden, we drank it, glory be to God. And we sailed over the Ocean of Power, glory be to God.
Beyond those hills and oak woods, beyond those vineyards and gardens, we passed in health and joy, glory be to God.
We were dry, but we moistened. We grew wings and became birds, we married one another and flew, glory be to God.
To whatever lands we came, in whatever hearts, in all humanity, we planted the meanings of our Master taught us, glory be to God.
... We became a trickle that grew into a river. We took flight and drove into the sea, and then we overflowed, glory be to God.
We became servants at our Master's door. Poor Yunus, raw and tasteless, finally got cooked, glory be to God.
